Hi Carter,
I met you at the SNA conference in Las Vegas yesterday. I would really like to get involved with your upcoming Boys & Girls project and think that I'd be able to bring a lot to the table. I have a lot of experience designing and implementing youth health and fitness programs as well as successful grant writing under my belt for some of the programs I've done. I'd love to volunteer and help out~ Would love to hear from you and collaborate on ideas.

Hi Carter,
I'm having some serious doubts about the contractor I hired. I am adding a bathroom to my 1940's house and I was under the impression that to do this kind of renovation you need to have permits and inspections from the city. Well they haven't posted any permits and I see no evidence that any inspections have been done. Any suggestions or thoughts? -

To make a very long story short, my husband almost died 3 yrs ago no one knows why he is here but he is thank goodness. After paying off all the medical bills, last year we bought a foreclosure and my husand is redoing everything by himself as he has been in constructio his whole life and with his full time job he just does too much and I'm scared he will get sick again. His dream is to have a built in BBQ and of cource he has decided to do it himself. My dream is to have the BBQ and him so could you help us with our dream Carter? Thank you. -

Hi Carter. Hope you are doing spendidly. Very likely I will be purchasing a new home. I am so excited at the thought of living in a home that is my own. My question is this: what would you recommend as the best type of flooring for a house with multiple pets? I imagine it should be something that best resists absorption of odors. Hey Carter,
I recently bought my first house and am redoing the kitchen. What is the safest and most proficient way to strip cabinets? Also, a friend suggested I refinish them in a milk paint. Are there any tips I should know in using milk paint? Do you need to prime beforehand the same as regular paint?
