So as you can tell by the pictures we had a pretty good time with the kids at the latest Carters Kids function and a new thing we did this year called the M-22 challenge for kids. We had the put the new playground in a city called Frankfort which sits on Lake Michigan. The race we had for the kids was held by the sand dunes not to far from Frankfort. For those that don't know, in Michigan we have the sand dunes and that is what you see in the background of one of the pictures. It is an amazing state park and climbing the hill is something that I have done many of times. Believe it or not I have actually snow boarded down the sand dunes. Putting all the equipment together went well lots of help from volunteers and the kids loved it. I look at some of this stuff that we get to install for the kids and it makes me think back to what kids had before stuff like this. I recall rusty swings, old tires and railroad ties. We have come a long way since then and every install is a blessing to be able to do. If you do get a chance to head up to northern Michigan the sand dunes should be a definite stop.
